นโยบายการใช้คุกกี้ (Cookie Policy)
1. คุกกี้คืออะไร
คุกกี้ (Cookies) คือไฟล์ข้อความขนาดเล็กที่เว็บไซต์บันทึกไว้บนอุปกรณ์ของคุณเมื่อคุณเข้าชมเว็บไซต์ เพื่อให้เว็บไซต์จดจำข้อมูลบางอย่างเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานของคุณ นโยบายนี้ครอบคลุมทั้งคุกกี้และเทคโนโลยีอื่นที่ทำงานคล้ายกัน เช่น พื้นที่จัดเก็บข้อมูลในเบราว์เซอร์ (Local Storage และ Session Storage)
เว็บไซต์นี้ดำเนินการโดย บริษัท ไมซ์ แอนด์ คอมมูนิเคชั่น จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)
2. ประเภทของคุกกี้ที่เราใช้
เราแบ่งคุกกี้เป็น 4 ประเภท โดยคุกกี้ที่จำเป็นอย่างยิ่งจะทำงานทันทีโดยอาศัยฐานความจำเป็นในการให้บริการ ไม่ต้องขอความยินยอม ส่วนอีก 3 ประเภทจะไม่ทำงานเลยจนกว่าคุณจะกดยินยอม
- คุกกี้ที่จำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง (Strictly Necessary) — จำเป็นต่อการทำงานพื้นฐานของเว็บไซต์ เช่น การรักษาสถานะเซสชัน การตรวจสอบรหัสยืนยันในแบบฟอร์มติดต่อ และการจดจำตัวเลือกความยินยอมของคุณ หากปิดคุกกี้กลุ่มนี้ เว็บไซต์จะทำงานไม่ได้ จึงไม่สามารถปิดได้
- คุกกี้เพื่อการทำงาน (Functional) — ช่วยจดจำการตั้งค่าที่คุณเลือกไว้ เช่น ภาษาที่ใช้แสดงผล หากปิด เว็บไซต์ยังใช้งานได้ปกติแต่จะไม่จำค่าที่คุณตั้งไว้
- คุกกี้เพื่อการวิเคราะห์ (Analytics) — เก็บสถิติการเข้าชมแบบไม่ระบุตัวตนเพื่อปรับปรุงเนื้อหาและประสิทธิภาพของเว็บไซต์ ปัจจุบันเว็บไซต์นี้ยังไม่ได้ติดตั้งเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ใด ๆ หากมีการติดตั้งในอนาคต จะทำงานภายใต้ความยินยอมในหมวดนี้เท่านั้น และเราจะปรับปรุงนโยบายฉบับนี้ให้ตรงกับความเป็นจริง
- คุกกี้เพื่อการตลาดและสื่อภายนอก (Marketing & External Media) — คุกกี้จากผู้ให้บริการภายนอกที่ใช้วัดผลแคมเปญและแสดงเนื้อหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความสนใจของคุณ รวมถึงสื่อฝังจากแพลตฟอร์มภายนอกซึ่งอาจติดตามพฤติกรรมข้ามเว็บไซต์
การปฏิเสธคุกกี้ที่ไม่จำเป็นจะไม่ทำให้คุณเข้าถึงเนื้อหาส่วนใดของเว็บไซต์ไม่ได้ เราไม่ใช้วิธีบังคับให้ยินยอมเพื่อแลกกับการเข้าใช้งาน (ไม่มี Cookie Wall)

4. คุกกี้ของบุคคลที่สาม
คุกกี้ของบุคคลที่สามอยู่ภายใต้นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้ให้บริการรายนั้น เราไม่สามารถเข้าถึงหรือควบคุมคุกกี้เหล่านั้นได้โดยตรง ปัจจุบันบุคคลที่สามที่เกี่ยวข้องมีเพียงรายเดียว คือ

5. การให้ ถอน และเปลี่ยนแปลงความยินยอม
เมื่อคุณเข้าชมเว็บไซต์ครั้งแรก จะมีแถบแจ้งเตือนให้คุณเลือก ยอมรับทั้งหมด ปฏิเสธทั้งหมด หรือ ตั้งค่าคุกกี้ เพื่อเลือกเปิด-ปิดแต่ละประเภทได้เอง
คุณสามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ โดยกดลิงก์ “ตั้งค่าคุกกี้” ที่ด้านล่างของทุกหน้า ซึ่งใช้ความพยายามเท่ากับการให้ความยินยอมครั้งแรก การถอนความยินยอมจะไม่กระทบต่อการประมวลผลที่ได้ดำเนินการไปแล้วโดยชอบก่อนการถอนนั้น
เราบันทึกหลักฐานการให้ความยินยอมของคุณไว้ ประกอบด้วยรหัสอ้างอิงแบบไม่ระบุตัวตน วันและเวลา ประเภทคุกกี้ที่คุณเลือก เวอร์ชันของนโยบาย ค่าแฮชของหมายเลขไอพี และข้อมูลเบราว์เซอร์ เพื่อใช้เป็นหลักฐานตามที่กฎหมายกำหนดเท่านั้น เราจัดเก็บหมายเลขไอพีในรูปค่าแฮชแทนค่าจริงเพื่อลดการเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเกินความจำเป็น และจะขอความยินยอมใหม่ทุก 12 เดือน หรือเมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงประเภทและวัตถุประสงค์ของคุกกี้
6. การจัดการคุกกี้ผ่านเบราว์เซอร์
นอกจากการตั้งค่าบนเว็บไซต์นี้ คุณยังลบหรือบล็อกคุกกี้ได้จากการตั้งค่าของเบราว์เซอร์ อย่างไรก็ดี การบล็อกคุกกี้ที่จำเป็นอย่างยิ่งอาจทำให้บางส่วนของเว็บไซต์ทำงานไม่ถูกต้อง
7. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายฉบับนี้เมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงการใช้คุกกี้หรือข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย หากเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงในสาระสำคัญ เราจะเพิ่มหมายเลขเวอร์ชันและขอความยินยอมจากคุณใหม่

Cookie Policy
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device so it can remember something about your visit. This policy also covers technologies that work the same way, such as browser local storage and session storage.
This website is operated by MICE & Communication Company Limited, the data controller under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
2. The categories we use
We group cookies into four categories. Strictly necessary cookies run immediately on the basis that the service cannot be provided without them and require no consent. The other three do not run at all until you opt in.
- Strictly necessary — required for core functions: keeping your session, validating the code on the contact form, and remembering your consent choice. The site cannot work without them, so they cannot be switched off.
- Functional — remember the preferences you choose, such as the display language. With these off the site still works, it simply will not remember your settings.
- Analytics — aggregated, non-identifying visit statistics used to improve the site's content and performance. No analytics tool is installed on this website at present. If one is added it will run only under this category's consent, and we will update this policy to match.
- Marketing and external media — third-party cookies used to measure campaigns and show content relevant to your interests, including embedded media from external platforms that may track you across sites.
Refusing non-necessary cookies does not block you from any part of this website. We do not make access conditional on consent: there is no cookie wall.

4. Third-party cookies
Third-party cookies are governed by that provider's own privacy policy and we cannot access or control them directly. At present there is one such provider:

5. Giving, changing and withdrawing consent
On your first visit a banner asks you to choose Accept all, Reject all, or Cookie settings to switch individual categories on and off.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page, which takes no more effort than giving it did. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before it.
We keep a record of your consent: an anonymous reference id, the date and time, the categories you chose, the policy version, a hash of your IP address and your browser details. It is used only as the proof of consent the law requires. We store a hash rather than the IP address itself to collect less personal data than we otherwise would, and we ask for consent again every 12 months, or sooner if the categories or purposes change.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
Besides the settings on this site, you can delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working correctly.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our use of cookies or the legal requirements change. For a material change we increase the version number and ask for your consent again.
