นโยบายฉบับนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณอย่างไร เมื่อคุณเข้าชมหรือใช้งานเว็บไซต์ mice.co.th ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562

1. ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

2. ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม

2.1 ข้อมูลที่คุณให้เราโดยตรง

เมื่อคุณส่งแบบฟอร์มติดต่อบนหน้า “Contact” เราจะได้รับ ชื่อ อีเมล หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ (ถ้าระบุ) หัวเรื่อง และเนื้อหาข้อความ ที่คุณกรอก พร้อมกับหมายเลขไอพีและวันเวลาที่ส่ง ซึ่งระบบแนบไปในอีเมลเพื่อป้องกันการใช้งานในทางที่ผิด ข้อความดังกล่าวถูกส่งต่อไปยังกล่องจดหมายของบริษัทโดยตรง และไม่ได้ถูกบันทึกลงในฐานข้อมูลของเว็บไซต์

2.2 ข้อมูลที่เกิดขึ้นจากการใช้งานเว็บไซต์

• คุกกี้และเทคโนโลยีที่คล้ายกัน ตามที่อธิบายไว้ใน นโยบายการใช้คุกกี้
• บันทึกหลักฐานความยินยอมคุกกี้ ประกอบด้วยรหัสอ้างอิงแบบไม่ระบุตัวตน วันและเวลา ประเภทคุกกี้ที่คุณเลือก เวอร์ชันของนโยบาย ค่าแฮชของหมายเลขไอพี และข้อมูลเบราว์เซอร์ (User Agent)
• บันทึกการเข้าใช้งานของเซิร์ฟเวอร์ (Access Log) ซึ่งเว็บเซิร์ฟเวอร์ จัดเก็บโดยอัตโนมัติ เช่น หมายเลขไอพี วันเวลา หน้าที่เรียกดู และประเภทเบราว์เซอร์

เราไม่ได้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มีความละเอียดอ่อนตามมาตรา 26 เช่น เชื้อชาติ ศาสนา ข้อมูลสุขภาพ หรือข้อมูลชีวมิติ ผ่านเว็บไซต์นี้ กรุณาอย่าส่งข้อมูลประเภทดังกล่าวมาในแบบฟอร์มติดต่อ

3. วัตถุประสงค์และฐานทางกฎหมาย

เราไม่ใช้ข้อมูลของคุณเพื่อการตัดสินใจโดยอัตโนมัติที่มีผลกระทบสำคัญต่อคุณ และไม่ใช้เพื่อการทำโปรไฟล์เพื่อการตลาด

4. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลให้บุคคลอื่น

เราไม่ขายและไม่แลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นให้แก่

• ผู้ให้บริการที่ประมวลผลข้อมูลแทนเรา เช่น ผู้ให้บริการโฮสติ้ง ผู้ให้บริการอีเมล และผู้ดูแลระบบสารสนเทศ ภายใต้ข้อตกลงการประมวลผลข้อมูล และเฉพาะเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการ
• Google เมื่อคุณให้ความยินยอมให้แสดงแผนที่ Google Maps ในหน้าติดต่อเรา
• หน่วยงานของรัฐหรือผู้มีอำนาจตามกฎหมาย เมื่อมีหน้าที่ต้องเปิดเผย ตามกฎหมาย คำสั่งศาล หรือเพื่อการใช้สิทธิเรียกร้องตามกฎหมาย

5. การส่งข้อมูลไปต่างประเทศ

หากคุณยินยอมให้แสดงแผนที่ Google Maps เบราว์เซอร์ของคุณจะเชื่อมต่อไปยังเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของ Google ซึ่งอาจตั้งอยู่นอกราชอาณาจักร การส่งข้อมูลดังกล่าวเกิดขึ้นบนพื้นฐานความยินยอมของคุณ และอยู่ภายใต้มาตรการคุ้มครองของ Google นอกเหนือจากกรณีนี้ เราจัดเก็บข้อมูลของเว็บไซต์ไว้ในประเทศไทย

6. ระยะเวลาเก็บรักษาข้อมูล

• ข้อความจากแบบฟอร์มติดต่อ — เก็บไว้ในกล่องจดหมายของบริษัทไม่เกิน 1 ปีนับจากวันที่ติดต่อครั้งสุดท้าย เว้นแต่จำเป็นต้องเก็บนานกว่านั้นเพื่อการดำเนินธุรกิจที่ตกลงกันไว้หรือตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
• บันทึกหลักฐานความยินยอมคุกกี้ — เก็บไว้ 2 ปี นับจากวันที่บันทึก เพื่อให้ยังสามารถแสดงหลักฐานได้ตลอดอายุความยินยอม 12 เดือนและระยะเวลาตรวจสอบหลังจากนั้น
• บันทึกการเข้าใช้งานของเซิร์ฟเวอร์ — เก็บไว้ 90 วัน ตามระยะเวลาขั้นต่ำที่กฎหมายว่าด้วยการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์กำหนด
• คุกกี้ — ตามระยะเวลาที่ระบุไว้ใน นโยบายการใช้คุกกี้

เมื่อครบกำหนด เราจะลบหรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้

7. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

ภายใต้เงื่อนไขที่กฎหมายกำหนด คุณมีสิทธิดังต่อไปนี้

• สิทธิขอเข้าถึงและขอรับสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ (ม.30)
• สิทธิขอให้โอนย้ายข้อมูลไปยังผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลรายอื่น (ม.31)
• สิทธิคัดค้านการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูล (ม.32)
• สิทธิขอให้ลบหรือทำลายข้อมูล หรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้ (ม.33)
• สิทธิขอให้ระงับใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (ม.34)
• สิทธิขอให้แก้ไขข้อมูลให้ถูกต้อง เป็นปัจจุบัน และไม่ก่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิด (ม.35)
• สิทธิถอนความยินยอมเมื่อใดก็ได้ (ม.19 วรรคห้า) สำหรับคุกกี้ คุณถอนได้ทันทีที่ลิงก์ “ตั้งค่าคุกกี้” ด้านล่างของทุกหน้า
• สิทธิร้องเรียนต่อคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (ม.73)

คุณใช้สิทธิได้โดยติดต่อเราตามช่องทางในข้อ 12 เราจะดำเนินการและแจ้งผลให้คุณทราบ ภายใน 30 วันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับคำขอ ทั้งนี้เราอาจต้องขอข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมเพื่อยืนยันตัวตนของคุณก่อน และในบางกรณีกฎหมายอนุญาตให้เราปฏิเสธคำขอได้ ซึ่งเราจะแจ้งเหตุผลให้คุณทราบ

8. มาตรการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัย

เราจัดให้มีมาตรการทางเทคนิคและการบริหารจัดการที่เหมาะสมเพื่อป้องกันการเข้าถึง ใช้ เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลโดยไม่มีสิทธิ เช่น การเข้ารหัสการเชื่อมต่อ (HTTPS) การจำกัดสิทธิการเข้าถึงข้อมูลเฉพาะผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง การจัดเก็บหมายเลขไอพีในบันทึกความยินยอมในรูปค่าแฮชแทนค่าจริง และการตรวจสอบระบบอย่างสม่ำเสมอ

9. ข้อมูลของผู้เยาว์

เว็บไซต์นี้มิได้มุ่งให้บริการแก่เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี และเราไม่มีเจตนาเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้เยาว์โดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ใช้อำนาจปกครอง หากทราบว่ามีการเก็บข้อมูลดังกล่าว เราจะดำเนินการลบข้อมูลนั้นโดยไม่ชักช้า

10. คุกกี้

รายละเอียดคุกกี้แต่ละรายการ วัตถุประสงค์ ระยะเวลาจัดเก็บ และวิธีตั้งค่า อยู่ในนโยบายการใช้คุกกี้ คุณเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อจาก “ตั้งค่าคุกกี้”

11. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายฉบับนี้เป็นครั้งคราว โดยจะแสดงหมายเลขเวอร์ชันและวันที่มีผลใช้บังคับไว้ด้านบนเสมอ หากเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงในสาระสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งให้คุณทราบผ่านเว็บไซต์ และขอความยินยอมใหม่ในส่วนที่อาศัยฐานความยินยอม

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose your personal data when you visit or use mice.co.th, under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562.

2. The personal data we collect

2.1 Data you give us directly

When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email address, telephone number (if given), subject and message you enter, together with your IP address and the date and time of submission, which the system attaches to the email to deter misuse. The message is delivered straight to a company mailbox and is not stored in the website database.

2.2 Data generated by your use of the site

• Cookies and similar technologies, as described in our Cookie Policy.
• Cookie consent records: an anonymous reference id, the date and time, the categories you chose, the policy version, a hash of your IP address and your browser's user agent.
• Web server access logs, recorded automatically: IP address, date and time, pages requested and browser type.

We do not collect sensitive personal data under s.26 - such as race, religion, health or biometric data - through this website. Please do not send such data through the contact form.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We do not use your data for automated decisions with a significant effect on you, nor for marketing profiling.

4. Disclosure to others

We do not sell or trade your personal data. We may disclose it, only as far as necessary, to:

• Service providers processing on our behalf, such as hosting, email and IT support providers, under a data processing agreement and only as far as the service requires.
• Google, when you consent to the Google Maps embed on the contact page.
• Government authorities, where disclosure is required by law or a court order, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

5. International transfers

If you consent to the Google Maps embed, your browser connects to Google servers that may be located outside Thailand. That transfer takes place on the basis of your consent and under Google's own safeguards. Otherwise, website data is held in Thailand.

6. Retention

• Contact form messages - kept in the company mailbox for no more than 1 year after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is needed for agreed business dealings or required by law.
• Cookie consent records - kept for 2 years from the date recorded, so the proof remains available for the full 12-month life of the consent and a review period after it.
• Web server access logs - kept for 90 days, the minimum period set by Thai computer-crime legislation.
• Cookies - for the periods stated in the Cookie Policy.

At the end of these periods we delete the data or render it non-identifying.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions the law sets, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data and obtain a copy (s.30).
• Data portability - have it transferred to another controller (s.31).
• Object to its collection, use or disclosure (s.32).
• Erasure or destruction, or to have it made non-identifying (s.33).
• Restriction of its use (s.34).
• Rectification - have it corrected, kept up to date and not misleading (s.35).
• Withdraw consent at any time (s.19). For cookies you can do this immediately from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page.
• Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (s.73).

To exercise a right, contact us using the details in section 12. We will act on your request and inform you of the outcome within 30 days of receiving it. We may need further information to verify your identity first, and in some cases the law permits us to refuse a request - we will tell you why if that happens.

8. Security

We maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, use, alteration or disclosure, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to the people who need it, storing a hash of the IP address rather than the address itself in our consent records, and regular review of our systems.

9. Children

This website is not directed at children under 20 and we do not intend to collect the personal data of minors without the consent of a person with parental authority. If we learn that we have, we will delete it without delay.

10. Cookies

Each cookie, its purpose, its retention period and how to control it are set out in the Cookie Policy. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from “Cookie settings”.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version number and effective date are always shown at the top. For a material change we will notify you on the website and, where we rely on consent, ask for it again.
